Explaination: 

I do require a deposit for all orders. The usual despoit amount is 50% the knife's cost. All of which secures the materials for your specific knife. I know some makers do not take deposits, I do.

There are several reasons why I take deposits. The main reason is two fold. It proves to me you're someone who's completely serious and committed to having me make a knife for you. A true custom knife enthusiast, LEO, Private Security agent, Martial Artist, or Military personnel. Too many kids contact me and want something outrageous and of course have no $ to back it up.

In the beginning I didn't require deposits and when knives were done, POOF the orderer's would often disappear too. Luckily for me, enough people wanted my stuff so it wasn't hard to re sell. Never the less, the time it too to entertain individual requests, etc, was enough to put me off of the deposit-less order.

All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE! the reason for this is it becomes a binding contract between the buyer and myself the maker. It demonstrates a responsible, educated & committed buyer and separates the "men from the boys". As well, many potential customers suffer buyers guilt, are new to custom knives and their costs, and/or have various collecting addictions which sway their fancy from left to right often. I am not responsible for you only for myself and my family. Again, deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, period.

Ordering from me is acceptance of all the terms I have listed on this site. Canceling your order will result in losing your deposit. I have taken time to answer your questions, sketch your custom knives, send pictures, follow through in as professional a manner as I can. My time will not be wasted and is as valuable a yours is.

Trade options;

From time to time I will trade a knife or knives for other goods and services.
